HEALING LIVES

A National GBV Programme for Survivor Empowerment

Healing Lives is a national GBV programme focusing on survivor empowerment with aftercare, skills development, education, and awareness, with a television component on SABC (in discussion with SABC).

GBV is a declared national disaster. Nearly 15 women are murdered daily.

The President called on filmmakers and media professionals to contribute to responsible storytelling and inclusive media representation in addressing GBV.
