Our Story

I am the Founder & CEO of Success Management Global Consulting, an Author, a Transformation Keynote Speaker, a Strategic Coach, and the creator of Healing Lives/Everything Women—a television intervention for Gender-Based Violence survivors.

My journey from project management to purpose work revealed that the ultimate barrier to success is fear—the Silent Tax that costs organizations innovation, costs individuals their voice, and costs communities their healing.

My mission crystallized: to dismantle that tax. To build Courageous Cultures in organizations. To equip leaders to be shields, not just strategists. To guide women to claim the voice that fear had silenced. To help youth build a path so they never have to pay that tax in the first place. And now, to create spaces where survivors of GBV can find not just a platform—but a pathway to healing.

This work integrates 21 years of strategic execution with the deep human development of giving people their voice back. Every resource, speech, consultation, and television episode is a practical tool for this liberation.
